DA Repeating Selection error

Each time I try to apply the repeating selection server behavior I get the following error.

I have the entire row selected prior to trying to apply the behavior.

While executing onLoad in WADA Repeat Selection.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 395 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\ApplicationBuilder\MultiCommandsShared.js":
offsetsToNode: Argument number 2 is invalid.

Configuration info:
DW CS4
PHP / MySQL
DataAssist 2.05
Windows XP

What line are you applying the repeat region to?

Also what other server behaviors if any have you applied on the page?

Trying to apply it to a row <tr> tags

There are several other behaviors on the page including several DW repeat regions.

If you could take a screen shot of the server behavior panel to show what server behaviors are applied and attach it to this thread, it'd be a great help for us to reproduce and debug the error.
