File Manager works on loclahost but not online

HTML editor is configured correctly, the changes to the text are stored in the database. By cons, when I try to insert an image and click on "Browse Server", the window is white. No file appears ... Is their changes on some files are needed for running online file manager?
Than'ks for your answer.

Believe it or not I'm having this same issue. I'm not using a local testing server. My issue is online as well. I tested it in Firefox and Safari and I'm getting the same issue. It reads "Please Wait - Loading..." at the top left hand side of the new browser window that popped up. I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see it. I'm working through PowerCMS Builder by the way.

in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

file manager stil blank

I made change to webassist/kfm/index.php page with the following line :
<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script> and the window is stil empty.
When I click browse server, the header of the file manager pop up contains the following line: index.php?uicolor=%23eee&theme=webassist_v2&showsidebar=false&CKEditor=TxtProduit&CKEditorFuncNum=4&langCode=fr

the issue you aran into only happens on a small handfull of hosts. on the majority of hosts out there, it is not a problem. I can say it is logged as a bug,, but I'm not sure what the final fix will be since it only happens a small handfull of the time.

Ahhh, okay. It's hosted on Godaddy just incase you needed to know for future issues with other folks.

Godaddy is about the most problematic hosting provider there is, and about the least helpful as well.
