Call to undefined function

Going live with my redesigned site, tested it find on my local server xxamp, but now I'm getting an error on the live site.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function virtual() in /home/curt2207/public_html/wdcga.org/tournaments/keefer.php on line 19

when accessing:
keefer.php

That line is:
<?php virtual('/includes/header.shtml'); ?>

That file is live on my site. It's used on every other page, but this is a .php page not a .html page. But again, worked on my local server.

TIA for any help you can give.
