error on local server

Hi, I get this error on local server but not on remote ( on web ):

open the WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php file and find all instances of "split(" and replace it with "explode("

here is an updated copy of the WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_Scripts_PHP.php file that should correct the issue
