Checkout Confirmation Page Error

I am having issues with my checkout confirmation page. I am prompted the following message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare validatedfield() (previously declared in D:\Inetpub\hunterbooks\webassist\form_validations\wavt_validatedform_php.php:5) in D:\Inetpub\hunterbooks\WA_ValidationToolkit\WAVT_ValidatedForm_PHP.php on line 21

This is after I fill out the checkout.php and hit return and goto the confirm.php page.

Could someone please look at my checkout / confirm pages.

Thanks.

My confirm page has two includes to virtually the same file (NOT SURE WHY).

<?php require_once("../webassist/form_validations/wavt_validatedform_php.php"); ?>
<?php require_once("../WA_ValidationToolkit/WAVT_ValidatedForm_PHP.php"); ?>

I commented out the second one, and the confirm page now works.

It appear the only difference between the two is the last line:

return htmlspecialchars($retVal);
-vs-
return $retVal;

Do I have both files included due to an extension upgrade? If someone could let me know why I may have both and one is caps and the other not, it would be helpful troubleshooting similar eCart / validation toolkit issues in the future.

Thanks again.

the second one is from the older validation toolkit, the first one is from the newer CSS Form Builder or Form Toolkit extension.

Most likely validation toolkit was used initially, then form tollkit or form builder was used to edit it.

commeting the second one is the correct fix.
