Unable to check out...

Hello...

I have a site set up in sandbox mode with PayPal sandbox api authentication. When I enter my own valid Credit Card info (which I use regularly with success), I get the following error:

"Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed"

How can I trouble-shoot this? I'm just getting to know PHP... my background is with C# and ASP.NET.

In order to determine what the specific problem with the checkout is you will need to add in the full request and full response bindings on the checkout failure pages and test it again. Here is a link to the code you need to add to the pages:
