JavaScript Error

Good morning.

I am using the latest version of Universal email and this morning, when I tried to edit an email I received the following error:

While executing onLoad, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
At line 64 of the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Commands\WAUE_afterSave.htm": curURL.match(/_(\d)*\./) has no properties

I have tried, uninstalling the extension, reinstalling the extension, deleting the WinFileCache.dat file and restarting dreamweaver but I get the same error.

Please advise.

thanks

I was told yesterday that the only way to get support was to post on this forum and someone would answer me right away. That was yesterday and there seems to have been no response.

I have a client waiting for this project to be finished and without help getting rid of this error, I can't finish.

I'd appreciate a response from one of the folks from WebAssist please.

Normally when you get a js error like this it is normally due to one of two things, either the cache file is bad or the configuration folder is bad. Here are instructions for trying both of these things. It sounds like you already did the cache file correctly but I will include those instructions just in case.

Here is a link to the steps to take to rename the configuration folder and undo any corruption that may be present there.

Please give these a try and let us know if the problem persists so we can look into this further with you.
