Need to re-download siteassist plugin

Purchased a few years ago and ran it on DW8 and CS3. When installing CS4, the CS3 version of Dreamweaver was deleted. I do not have a backup copy of the plugin.

My site is 100 percent siteassist and I am in a crunch here.

If you sign in to your account on www.webassist.com and go to your downloads you should be able to download the extension.

If you had purchased the extension on another user account, you will have to log in on that account to download the product.

It does not appear there. I only ever had the one account. If you look back at the support records, you will see an incident that was resolved last year for me. At one time, I was able to see it in the download center - no longer.

Please assist.

Do you have a record of the order number for which you have purchased SiteAssist? The order is not showing up under your user, so I am unable to verify that you have purchased the product.

In the ticket regarding the same issue, this was the response:
"Perhaps you purchased Site Assist under another email address?
Do you have a order Receipt containing an order number where I could look up the order for site assist? Once I can locate the account, I can merge the two together, but I will need some more information to find the Site Assist order such as order number or other email addresses you may have used when purchasing Site Assist."

You never came back with a response. Have you been able to locate the order number or receipt?
