custom menu not showing in drop down menu

I use CS3+
Css Menuwriter 104 + SiteassistPro 107

Hello,
I allready have cleaned the wincache dat file in Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver 9\Configuration\
and I desinstalled and reinstalled Menuwriter and SiteassisPro.

The problem is that when i made a custom menu layout based on "horinzontal glow" and i want to create a new layout with siteassist professional layouts, i don't have the opportunity to choose the new menu i made in the drop down menus, and all the default menu are proposed twice ("CSS Menu Writer Preset: Choose Menu" as wel for the home page as for the content page)

Is this a fresh installation or have you created/altered some presets in Menu Writer? Please post back with this info and also what OS you are working with.

I closed CS3, removed the wincache xxxx.DAT file, desinstalled all extensions, restarted the computerd, killed all orphaned files, restarted the computer, reinstalled all extensions one by one, testing them, closing CS3 and removing the wincache, and so on.
I have the latest JAVA version, Windows XP Sp3 and Dreamwever last update before they started with CS4.

I spended really a lot of time on this and i have the same problem.

I really do not know what to do right now...
