checkout puzzle with particular items

Hi WA,

The checkout process has been working with a single line item however when processing the list below the checkout process fails. I have checked and reloaded the confirm.php page along with the permissions on the root directory (which cannot be changed) and the same result occurs. Also this site won't sent the receipt via email (my other site does). You get the receipt confirmation in the browser and the gateway sends a summary however the email of the receipt isn't sent. I've played around with line 971 and 1030-1035 without success. On my other site I simply had to remove the confirmation_success.php on line 971

It may be that the Invoice description being sent is to long, that field has a maximum length of 255 characters. try changing line 628 - 629:

php:
$eWAY_XML_itemized[0][1] = "ewayCustomerInvoiceDescription";

$eWAY_XML_itemized[1][1] = "".$WA_Store_Cart->TotalColumn("FullDetails")  ."";




to use a hard coded value like:

php:
$eWAY_XML_itemized[0][1] = "ewayCustomerInvoiceDescription";

$eWAY_XML_itemized[1][1] = "My Store Order";




for the email to be able to send, line 971:

php:
$WA_redirectURL = "checkout_success.php";



must be changed to:

php:
$WA_redirectURL = "";




If that is not working, double check that you are using the correct SMTP server address in the WA_Globals. If the SMTP server is correct, contact the host to see if they can take a look at the SMTP server error logs to see why the email is not being relayed.
