Why do I need to be online when starting CSS-Sculptor?

There is always some alert when trying to start CSS-sculptor without an online connection. Bu: Hey folks... I only own a dial-in connection so I do not want to get online each time I want to use this tool.

What can I do? Any help?

the serial validation check will only happen the first time you launch CSS Sculptor after starting Dreamweaver. If you do not close Dreamweaver after using CSS Sculptor, it will not preform the serial validation check the next time you use it.
