can't get dfp to upload

it seems every time I try your product there is a problem. this is the 3rd or 4th time I have to contact you about the this same upload problem. You don't have a video or pdf on uploading videos. The little that is there is for pictures.
the file upload is not showing the upload folder only "../" .
The progress bar doesn't work either. it has always caused error on page. below is what is coded on the page that I tried your upload product on.

<?php require_once("../WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php"); ?>
<?php
// WA_UploadResult1 Params Start
$WA_UploadResult1_Params = array();
// WA_UploadResult1_1 Start
$WA_UploadResult1_Params["WA_UploadResult1_1"] = array(
'UploadFolder' => "../",
'FileName' => "[FileName]",
'DefaultFileName' => "",
'ResizeType' => "0",
'ResizeWidth' => "0",
'ResizeHeight' => "0",
'ResizeFillColor' => "" );
// WA_UploadResult1_1 End
// WA_UploadResult1 Params End
?>
<?php
WA_DFP_SetupUploadStatusStruct("WA_UploadResult1");
if(isset($_POST["upload"])){
WA_DFP_UploadFiles("WA_UploadResult1", "video", "2", "[NewFileName]_[Increment]", "false", $WA_UploadResult1_Params);
}
?>

If you are using either Windows Vista SP2 or Windows 7, there is a bug in Dreamweaver CS4 when selecting an upload folder. to work around this bug, select an upload folder that is one directory higher than the actual target.for example, to set the upload folder to:
../uploads

you will need to select a folder within the uploads directory:
../uploads/folder

If you are still having problems,

1) make sure there are no other behaviors on the page that will redirect to another page.

2) on the bindings panel, expand the WA Uploaded Files Global Status group and add the Debug Info Binding to the page.

3) Add the following code at line 1 to turn error reporting on:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

you say:

  The progress bar doesn't work either. it has always caused error on page

what is the error? I will need to know the error message to be able to have an idea of the problem. do you have a link where I could see the problem in the browser?
