Problem Confirmation page

Problem Confirmation page

I have a cart I created in e-cart4 and after 9 months I still haven't gotten this to work. (Lost a lot of orders because people don't want to call in)

I upgraded to ecart5 because the biggest problem was getting orders into the database which 5 is supposed to handle. The changes you made to 5 were impressive but I STILL have a problem. I generated all the pages, uploaded them to the server gave it a test. The first error to popup is:

Fatal error: Call to a member function IsEmpty() on a non-object in /home/content/g/e/o/georgezirf/html/confirm.php on line 2

Obviously the cart IS NOT EMPTY.

I removed this section as a test and ended at the same error I was having in e-cart 4

Unknown column 'rgv7m3saqs3q0pibria9l5smi7' in 'where clause'

rather cryptic, what is this frickin column? After 9 months I'm thinking the money I spent on this software was wasted and then more to upgrade it. CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET THIS FINISHED??? At this point I'm almost willing to dump any profit I made on the site in favor of hiring someone to finish this out of my own pocket.

The cart works great, gets all the stuff from the DB and seems OK.
