How do I remove arrows?

How do I remove arrows?

When I created the vertical simple menu with MW2, all of the menu items have the arrow indicating a drop-down submenu is available. How do I remove those arrows for the menu items that don't have further submenus?

That isn't an arrow to show that there are more submenus underneath it, it is just a part of the design for that menu type.

To only have the arrow on some of the menu items, you would have to create a new css class that applies the background image:
background-image: url("../cssmw_images/arrow.gif");

And then you would have to apply that class to only the menu items that have submenus manually.

Ok. First time I've seen that 'design' for something other than indicating submenus underneath, but just another little WA surprise. Thanks for letting me know.

Its just design work, since there is nothing built in to Menu Writer to have different states set for if there are any submenus or not. So its something to keep in mind for other designs that you may use. Sorry for the confusion.
