Creating Dynamic Array in Forms Inside Pages That Are Based on a Template

I am trying to create a dynamic array in a page that is based on a template but could not do so. When I looked at the code of my page, somehow, the script that is supposed to be there was not successfully generated. I tried creating a dynamic array in a plain page that is not based on a template, and was able to do so.

I am using Dreamweaver CS4. The template I am using solely uses css for the design and layout.

Since the area above the doctype declaration is not available when editing the template you will need to put this dynamic array into the template derived page after the fact. You can try adding it into the head of the template file in a non editable region to see if that fits your needs.

Dynamic Dropdown Worked After I Detached Page from the Template

DD worked after I detached it from the template. A problem though is that the layout won't anymore update when I update the template. Perhaps the extension could be made to work even on template-based pages in its future releases. (The old Dreamweaver Toolbox, for all its faults, was able to do this.) Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have logged this as a feature request for Dynamic Dropdowns.
