E cart versions

Is it possible to install E Cart 4 and E Cart 5 together in Dreamweaver ?

I use Version 4 as all my sites are built in ASP sites.

I would however slowly like to learn PHP with E Cart 5

What I dont want to do is install E CArt 5 so I have no choice. At least this way I can continue to build sites on ASP which I know whilst attempting to get to grips with PHP

Please advise

Thanks

You will not be able to have them both installed at the same time. I found this from a post Jason made about being able to use both:

You should create a secondary computer user, give this user administrative privileges, and install eCart 4 under this user. you will also need to recreate the site definitions in Dreamweaver under the second user. When you need to modify one of these site, log out of the primary user, and into the secondary user to use eCart 4.

If you have any problems with it let us know.
