Upload Image fail

Hi there,

I am trying to upload as Admin the images on localhost (the images are .gif extension and located in the same site folder), for check if is all Ok (this before to Upload entire site on web server), but when click on finish button the error message is generated as show in the image.
Have you a good suggestion for solve this issue?

This is a permissions problem. Make sure the IUSR_MachineName user has Read and Write permissions on the Images/Upload Folder.
