WA_Preview script errors

I am receiving java script error (see attachment) on Site Assist 3.2.3 on Step 2 of 5 (I also receive a similar error when trying to get a preview of a page using CSS Sculptor 1.15...

Steps taken to solve: I have uninstalled all extensions, deleted the cache file, reinstalled - same error. I have also renamed the configuration folder, uninstalled extensions, then reinstalled - same error.

No changes have been made to DW CS4 (Ver 10, build 4117).

Things used to work fine - I am sure I did something, but just want to get it working again! Any thoughts?

Thanks!

p.s. - I also searched the forums but did not find additional solutions.
