UPS XML Request location

I finally got technical assistance from UPS for the shipping issues I'm having and now they want this information which I cannot and do not know how to find. Please help.

To further evaluate the issue, please send me the following information:

1. xxx
2. The XML Access Request.
3. The XML Rate Request.
4. The XML Response.
5. xxx

Please note: if you do not know about the XML Request and Response, please contact your shopping cart software provider for assistance with finding this information.

Thank you so much for your help.

On the bindings panel, expand the UPS Response binding group. Add the Full request and Full Response bindings to the page, these should give you all of the needed information.

Wow, that was the quickest response ever!

So I'm sorry, I find the bindings panel and the full request but I am not clear on where to put them.

On what page would I do that...the cart or confirm?
And can you be more specific as to where I would put that? In the php code, header, body, etc?
Do I drag and drop because nothing happens when clicking on them?

I'm sorry for being "ignorant" of this all and maybe I'm just drawing a blank so I appreciate all your help.

Add the to the page that displays when shipping lookup fails.

In design view, drag and drop the bindings to where you wish the output to be displayed.

This will add it within the body.
