ERROR 500 - after Database Info

I have just setup a new MYsql database with my hosting provider (Heart Internet) and started the installation process - I have entered the database info but when going to the next step (3) THE FOLLOWING ERROR APPEARS:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

The error in the IIS is:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: confirm_password in
on line 156

Seams like the error reporting level is set to strict on the php server.

try changing the code on line 156 of the gallery\install\3.php page:

<?php echo $class_errors['confirm_password'] ? 'error' ''?>

<?php echo(isset($class_errors['confirm_password'] )? 'error' ''); ?>
