Email will not send or redirect to next page

Using Local Host in II7 and on a Windows 2008 server. Testing in both Explore 8 and Firefox. Neither displays or redirects to next page. Here is the message in Firefox.

The Include file '../WA_Universal_Email/CDOSYS_VB.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate the parent directory.

The error is telling you to use the full path to the include file instead of this:
Relpace the .. with the folder name. If it is the site root, just delete the ..

Still not working

I changed the connection from an include file to an include virtual. Still not working. I am using Windows 7 64bit. Uploaded to Win2008 server, not working. This used to work on my XP system.

I even moved my asp page so it was in the root. Still no suggest.

My code is in and register4.asp

Do you have Universal Email applied to the register3.asp page? Where is the Universal Email folder in relation to this page?

If you have the UE folder in the root then you should try starting the include line out with a slash like this:

If it is in a sub directory from the root you could try adding in the directory to the this path like this:

//WA_Universal_Email/CDOSYS_VB.asp

If it exists in the same directory then you could leave the slash off completely and it should find the file correctly.
