I'm seeing the info window pop up correctly each time I load the page. What browser are you using to test this?

Have you followed this tutorial?
02_static_directions_demo.swf

You will have to create a form, not a table with form elements in it, for the form to submit and the directions to get the information.

I just tested in IE8 and IE7, but the info window gets all the information when I click on the marker. Did you mean that the info window doesn't pop up on the initial load of the map?

Happy Holidays to you as well!
