How do I install GD Library on remote windows hosting server

I am new to forums use. I wish someone would let me know when there is a reply to this and how I go about finding any responses ...without my having to come back and spend a great deal of time trying to find a response. steve@svalenciainternational.com. Thank you. Here is my problem. I am working my way thru the User Registration Solution pack. I have hit a wall regarding the GD Library installation? I have my site hosted on "my hosting company" server. I have plesk control panel access to db and files. In reading the "How to enable the GD Library on your Testing Server instructions pages for modifying the PHP>ini file. How do you do this on a hosting company server?

The GD Library should be installed already for a standard Plesk server. Are you sure it isn't?
