Database Connection Error

We are using GoDaddy to host our (3) sites and hosted databases. One site connects fine with the database connection. The other two are not connecting. We called GoDaddy about the problem. I guess I confuse them when I say we are connecting with Dreamweaver scripts as they say that is not possible. Anyway, GoDaddy said I needed to make sure that we had "Allow Direct Database Access" enabled. We do. They then saw the error code that we are getting referenced a ftp attempt to connect. They say that connecting the the MySql does not go through a ftp connection. The error code I am referring to is:

HTTP Error Code 404 File Not Found with one of (2) reasons, one being that there is no testing server running (which there is) and the other is that the testing server specified is not mapped to "http://ftp.1to1marketing.llc.com/_mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php?Type=MYSQL&ConnectionString=host=" and the balance of the string being my login credentials. Do I have something setup incorrectly?

In your site definition, on the testing server tab, you have set the URL Prefix to:
ftp.1to1marketing.llc.com/

this is not a valid URL to a site. Change the URL prefix to the correct URL for your site.

I deleted the connection and make a new one. That fixed it.
