TRied everything -- cannot install css sculptor with dw cs4!

I've been trying for two hours now to install my CSS Sculptor 3 upgrade with no success!

I'v deleted the MacFileCache-###.dat file several times, rebooted several times, renamed my configuration folder, deleted and reinstalled all my extensions but still have the wacs_serial.htm error.

What else can I do? Can I get a refund? I just bought the upgrade two hours ago?

you won't get an answer on a refund until monday, closed for weekend.
did you uninstall your prior version first?

I tried everything that was suggested including uninstalling the previous version. I even uninstalled all the other extensions I was using just in case there was some king of conflict.
Nothing worked.
