Modify email verification

Modify email verification

When I open the verification email in outlook, I get the verification text but it is not a link. When I check the same message through web mail I do see the verification text as a link.

I would therefore like to change the message of the verification email to include instructions for pasting the url into a browser if not shown as a link.

I changed and uploaded the file verification.php with the information, but the email is still coming through with the original message.

I checked the uploaded page on the server and it does show as changed, but I'm still getting the old message without the copy and paste directions.

What to do now?

You can alter the text that you see in the verification email by editing the following file:

WA_Universal_Email > Email_Templates > verification.php

In here you will see the text that appears in the email message, you can add to it or edit it to fit your needs.
