Preview shows only text

Hello,

Menu Writer previews only show text links -- the same no matter what combination of category and theme are selected. Example screen shot attached.

Is there a fix?

Possibly related to the above problem, but also in need of a solution, clicking on the preview pane displays a preview of some themes in the browser, while other themes show a blank page.

For example, Bevel/Tahiti Sea will display a menu preview in the browser, while Bubble/Tahiti Sea will not.

This happens if you have IE 6 installed on the computer.

the preview engine uses IE to generate the preview, The Preview engine is not compatible with IE 6.

Please update your version of IE to get the preview functioning properly.

Preview in Browser?

Thank you for the prompt reply.

When I "Click to preview in browser," there are several category/theme combinations that are blank even though the preview is in Firefox.
