New Menu stuck at initializing

New Menu stuck at initializing

Hi. I'm trying to create my first css menu. I'm keeping it very simple, I just choose a horizontal menu and select moonlight and pacifica then click OK. The window pops up and says intializing and then stops at this point. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension. Help would be most appreciated.

What version of dreamweaver are you using and what operating system are you on?

Hi. It's CS3 and Windows 7. I've realized that other Webassist extensions get stuck too - Site Import, Web Standards Advisor - I haven't tried all of them yet. Also, I've had to activate products again today which were activated already - any ideas why?
Thanks,
Juliet

We haven't done testing in Windows 7 yet, so I'm not sure what could be causing the extensions to freeze. These extensions all freeze when initializing in the WebAssist Site tools dialog?

The reason you have to re-activate is because your MAC address changed. The activation file is generated using the MAC address, and if your MAC address changes, you will be asked to activate again.

Hi. Yes, they all freeze when Webassist Site Tools box wants to do any processing.
