PHP include error when trying to use php created by CMS

It displays

: Call to undefined function WA_getCMSContent() in D:\Hosting\5308619\html\index.php

I thought I had everything set up correctly. Can anyone give me ideas as to what the problem is?

Thanks

also I jsut saw this, I am thinking it might be important

Warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in D:\Hosting\5308619\html\index.php on line 4

****it... so I fixed the problem. I was trying to directly link to the URL by typing it out in entirety of its config setttings or whatev file..

Anyways, I fixed that, and now my admin area is broken. I can log in, but everytime I try to add content or view existing content, it sends me to

CMS/admin/CMS/admin/contents_results.php?Search.x=0

for instance, but basically it is adding an additional CMS/admin to the base URL of the admin pages, and I dont know why

double check your setting in the WA_Globals.php file for the following variables:
$WAGLOBAL_Root_URL
$WAGLOBAL_localRoot
$WAGLOBAL_remoteRoot

It sounds like these are not set correctly.

the Root URL should point to the location on the server that you have uplaoded the cms file to.

For example, if the cms admin folder is at:
admin

the $WAGLOBAL_Root_URL should be:
$WAGLOBAL_Root_URL = "http://www.mysite.com/cms/";

the $WAGLOBAL_localRoot and $WAGLOBAL_remoteRoot variables should be set to the cms folder:
$WAGLOBAL_localRoot = "/cms/";
$WAGLOBAL_remoteRoot = "/cms/";
