Site Import not working

I did install this extension. I use win-XPSP3 -
When i conduct a site import, then enter all the info, then i click GO > nothing happen - nothing appear in the WA navbar, no download nothing.
I did read your forum and did all these:

1./ Try deleting your winfilecache-########.dat file in your Dreamweaver user's configuration folder;

2./ Try deleting your whole configuration folder.

Still nothing is working.

What should i do ?

Thanks.

I was able to do a quick test with both URLs and i was able to import correctly.

Did you change any of the settings or are you using the default values?

If you could send me a screen shot of the settings you have specified in wizard.

This problem is usually caused by a bad Dreamweaver installation. What version of Dreamweaver do you have installed? Did you install from a disk or by downloading from the Adobe web site.

This is usually the last thing I would recommend, but your only choice may be to uninstall dreamweaver and install the trial from the Adobe web site.
