Get Contents From Form - no ssl transfer option

I am using DW cs4 and ecart 4.01 I am transfering the cart content from insecure to secure using the tech note as given in the support section.

The first part works fine - posting the data - but on the re popluating part there is only the options for paypal and a custom option.

If I select custom it shows me the cart field but says it needs to be saved but there is no option to save anything.

Anyone encountered this before ?

Uninstall version 4.0.1 from the extension manager, then download and install version 4.5.2 from the download center. This problem is fixed in version 4.5.2 of eCart.
