Menu Stopped Displaying but OK on server?!

When I edit my page (btw - the ONLY one I've used CSS menuwriter for!) The page now stops displaying in DW just above the menu.

It also fails to display on the local server.

Major Client has just asked me to update the page (its dynamically filled PHP)
Havent changed anything on the server and thankfully its still working
downloading that folder produces the same error???

Only thing I've changed it to update iRite

If I take the php require for the menu out - the page works

If I edit the wizard I get all sorts of Javascript errors

Edit: just tried installing CSSMW 203 (202 installed) now Extension manager hangs!!!
Update 203 finally installed and no more JS errors

Page still refuses to load any code at or beyond CSS menu include? locally
remove it - all fine - but with no menu!

upload the page to the server (with the include back in) - fine!

GOT IT!
MENU.PHP
$WA_localRoot = "/"; this didnt have the local root - WHERE IS THIS SET - IS IT TAKEN FROM Pls? - SITE SETUP?
$WA_remoteRoot = "/";
