Flash swf skin not showing up

I imported a flash swf into my php document using Dreamweaver but when the flv files play the swf skin I chose to control them is missing so the movies still play but you can't pause them or turn down the sound. What am I missing. The link is funphotobooks.com/tutorial.php

Are you able to get this to work properly on a page by itself in any fashion? If so you should take a look at the working version and compare the source to the one that is not working to see if anything is missing. There could also be a problem with the linking of the missing part, you should check on this also. The Flash stuff is not my strong point so I do not have much for you to go on, you may want to try posting in the Dreamweaver forum to see if any other users out there have experience with this.
