Editable Region in Template Errors

I am trying to use CSS Sculptor to create a template to use in Site Assist Pro. I am using the default 3 column hybrid with header and footer.

When I attempt to make the regions "editable" I get the following error message:

"You placed the editable region inside a block tag." I know I am am overlooking something obvious but just can't put my finger on it. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am trying to get my Site Assist Pro store to use 100% width rather than the 900 pixel...........I could not find a way in Site Assist Pro to change the settings to 100% width.

Thanks,
grgsr
