CSS Sculptor 3 won't load

CSS Sculptor 3 won't load

Every now and again CSS Sculptor stops loading and I need to perform a force quit. In the past, I uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on. That solution is no longer working. The specific error is:

"While executing onLoad in wacs_quickinsert.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
In file "wacs_quickinsert": initializeUI is not defined"

Can someone please help.

try deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Why do you keep telling people to delete the cache?

It does not work. It did not work for this post - or the other one that is "live".

This is very discouraging... how about a real fix?

Same error message - renamed the configuration file. Uninstalled all extensions, reloaded just CSS sculptor. Same error message.

They say a tool only fails when you really need it... now I really need this tool.

Very disappointed in San Diego, Robert

Deleting cache file worked for me :)

I had the same error message which started after I saved a custom CCS design. I deleted the cache file and it began working again. I did have to re-enter my license key.

I have not encountered an instance of the "initializeUI is not defined" error where deleting the cache file does not resolve the problem. I have seen a few cases where the computer needed to be rebooted then have the cache file deleted.

I have started a support ticket so we can get this problem resolved for you though.
