Hi

using the registration pack as a jumpt start I've created and added fields to the registration page.

One function I want is the ability to upload photos.

The digital extension seems to handle this but can I apply it to the users table or am I better to aproach iot in a different way?

The concept is that models register and upload 5 photos.

A photographer then searches using specific criteria (I used the search wizard in Data assist) and will see a list of appropriate models. In the results I have specified one image to act as a thumbnail and then I want to use that image as a link to view the full portfolio.

I'm concerned that I may be going in the wrong direction

Yes, you can add image upload to the registration page. The registration page uses DataAssist insert record server behavior to store the information in the database, see the "How to apply Digital File Pro to DataAssist Insert and Update pages" tutorial in the how to section of the Digital File pro support page:
