eCart Checkout Error

eCart Checkout Error

What do I need to do to take care of this error? It keeps me from setting the checkout function.

"while executing onLoad in WA eCart CheckoutWizard.htm, a javascript error occurred"

A quick reply is much appreciated. I have been riddled with various errors (of which this is the latest), and I am running low on time.

Thank you so much.

Kevin

Fyi

In order to save time, below lists what I have already done.

- disabled/enabled WA eCart (multiple times)
- renamed my DW configuration folder.
- reinstalled WA extension
- restarted my computer

There is one thing that you have not listed here that may be part of the problem. You should try deleting the cache file to see if it can get you past this error. Here is a link to a page that discusses the steps you will need to take to remove this file.

Please give this one last thing a try and let us know if the problem persists.

That worked.
