How do I generate a 1001 px wide site

I have site assist and css sculptor. I want to generate a nice looking web site that has a 1001 pixel width, however, the examples included in SiteAssist are not outputting to 1001.

What is the best way to utilize the tools to accomplish this?

Also, we use ProjectSeven menu's for most of our stuff. The top navigation bar is usually a Project Seven Pop menu. When we remove the static menu that is placed onto the pages generated by site assist, the header graphics underneath the menu get pushed out of alignment. Is there an easy way to utilize a menu from another developer when using Site Assist?

Use CSS Sculptor to create a CSS Layout that is your desired width. Then Follow the "Preparing your Dreamweaver Template for SiteAssist Professional" tutorial in the Solution recipes section of the site assist support page to convert your css scupltor layout to a site assist professional site type.

For the menu, when you remove the existing menu, do not remove the navigation div, only remove the menu list. removing the navigation div will cause the shift you are describing.
