javascript error WA_checkMySerialNumber is not defined

I get this error when I try to add the server behavior... create dynamic array:

javascript error WA_checkMySerialNumber is not defined

(see screenshot attached)

I have already tried reinstalling the latest extension and deleting the MacFileCache file

Thanks for your help! I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 on a Mac OSX 10.5.8.

I apologize for this. For our last update we missed updating the function call for ASP. If you go into that file and change line 22 from:
if (!WA_checkMySerialNumber(false, true)) {

to:
if (!doSerialCheck()) {

you shouldn't run into this issue again.

Also make sure to change it in the ASP_js directory as well.

can't find the file on my hard drive

There is no WA Dynamic Dropdowns in the ASP_VBS directory and the extension IS installed. ??? The directory does exist in the /Library/Applications Support/Adobe/DreamweaverCS4/en_US/Configuration/ServerBehaviors/ASP_vbs/WA Dynamic Dropdowns. Why is the path different that that in the warning box?

I edited the files (once I found them) and that seems to have fixed the problem, thanks!

There is a configuration folder for the built in dreamweaver functionality that is checked first for the file. If you install any extensions, there is a different configuration folder that the files get installed at. The error messages will refer to the first configuration folder, so the path referred to is different.
