Ecart is submitting to Paypal in US$ instead of £'s

Hi all,
I used the ecart basket on the site I am building for my dad, and even though i have selected pounds in the initial cart object wizard it is telling Paypal Pounds. I am at a loss, and wasn't even sure how to post a new thread so had to just reply (so also need help there too).

The website is at pricelist.php if you put something in your cart and run through to paypal it changes from £'s in the checkout to $ in Paypal.

Please help Sarah
