Univ Email Install

Having trouble installing Universal Email. In DW CS4, Universal Email does not show up in Insert > WebAssist drop down in right panel. In top-of-page menu Insert > WebAssist, Univ Email is greyed out. I installed and activated per your instructions (got Form Builder and Surveyor to install ok) and activated the serial number.

Here is what i have done so far to no avail:

Deleted WinFileCache.dat file and restarted DW.
Removed Univ Email from Extension Manager.
Reinstalled with DW off.
Deleted WinFileCache.dat file and restarted DW.
Reset Activations.
Reinstalled.
etc, etc.

In order to use Universal Email in a Dreamweaver site you must make sure the following has been done:
1. Create a site in Dreamweaver including the local info and testing server.
2. For the testing server you will need to specify the server model or language you will be working in. You will also need to have the access portion specified.
3. Open up a page that matches the server model you choose for the testing server and save this page to the site.
4. With the page open you can use the Universal Email server behavior.

I did set up a php testing server site using a David Powers tutorial, phplocalsitewin/ , that was great.
Then i saved the original page from an html to a php and, wala, Universal Email loads. Now i get it. Thanks again.
