Java script error

I just downloaded your super suite only a couple of nights ago and I can't seem to open up site builder. I am getting the following error on my screen every time I try to open it:

While executing onLoad in wasap_wizard a
Java Script error occurred

I really don't want to go through the whole process of downloading the whole suite all over again as you suggest to another client in the forum, is there some sort of patch that that I can download to fix this issue instead. I obviously must have downloaded the latest version so I don't see why it should be happening but either way I can't use the software and yet I am being charged for it. Not only that but I'm already having problems before even having a chance to use it. Can you please fix this error ASAP thank you...

regards,
Louie
