CSS Menu Appears on top of other menu's

Hi Folks,

Im using CSS Menu Writer to create 3 simple tabs for navigation however when someone activates another set of dropdowns on the site that arent CSS menu Writer generated, the CSS Menu Writer generated tabs appear on top of these.

The link is darlington-living.php

If you hover on any of the links starting with home, living room etc you will see their relative dropdowns appearing behind the CSS menu Writer Buttons.

Also, the buttons appear to be floating above the bottom border of the div they are in via Firefox whereas in IE7 & 8 they are on the bottom border of the div they are in.

Your help will be greatly appreciated in helping me resolve this

Cheers

Paul

You will need to add a css property to your top menu to make it display over the menu writer menu. Please look for the line on your page that reads:

<div style="background-image:url(qmimages/center_tile.gif)">

and then change it to:

<div style="background-image:url(qmimages/center_tile.gif); position:relative;
z-index:1000;">

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I have the same problem (see attached image), but I have two CSS Menu Writer menu's on the page, I can't work out were to add the z-index CSS to fix the problem.

Add the z-index to the div that contains the top navigation.

If you need more specific directions, we will need a link to your page so we can look at the code.
