Surveyer JavaScript error

This is the first time I am trying to create xml sitemap with surveyer! I am getting an error, screen shot attached, pretty much like one of the other posts I have read here except I did delete the winfilecache and still get this error. Any ideas?
Thanks

I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the extension and make sure to have the latest version installed.

If the error still happens, you will need to delete your configuration folder. This link explains the steps:

Thank you for your response. I have used the same thing and made a html sitemap without any problems. I reinstalled the extension and now it works through to the part it suppose to be crawling the site and I think its stopping unless its taking a long time to crawl. does it usually take quite a bit of time to crawl the live site?
Thanks

It usually depends on the server of the site and size of the files it is crawling.
