Activation Blocked by "Firewall"

Hi,

i bought Site Import 3 v3.0.3 yesterday and despite trying everything I can think of it won't activate. The error massage says it cannot contact the server due to firewall.

My firewall (wireless router) was removed and it still won't activate. There is no antivirus software (Mac OS X v10.6). How can I get activated?

David H.
