Optimising Site Assist sites for Search Engines

Hi All,

I am at the stage where I have my PHP site which is finished apart from some content.

I have opted to build in PHP so that I can find out about it.

I suppose ny final question is what do I need to do re meta tags and so on to make the site "liked" by search engines.
