View only?

I'm trying to walk thru the tutorial to build my own site, but when I d/l the starting point files and begin the tutorials in Dreamweaver, a window pops up and tells me these are "View Only". Tried to copy/paste into new file but get the same error. The files aren't locked. What's the issue?

Sounds like they are set to read-only. You don't say what OS you are running but in Windows you can right-click and deselect the Read-Only checkbox.

Osx

I'm on a Mac but I looked at the files to double-check and see if they are locked. The extension has been loaded....is there anything else I'm missing?

*****NEVERMIND*****
FIXED IT.
