Surveyor does not activate (CS4 MAC)

Hi, I am trying to install Surveyor on my Mac using Adobe Dreamweaver CS4.

I have installed the extension properly and am at the point where I need to enter the serial number.

When I entered in the serial number and get the green check mark saying that it verified, but when I hit Activate - nothing happens. My "account page" on this website says I have no activations that need resetting - so what gives?

Note - when I do hit activate - there seems to be an error message that wants to pop up (in red text) but it goes away too quickly to read - it keeps going back to the message "Serial Number Verified, click activate to complete online activation."
