How do I reset my download serial numbers or licenses? I recently had my home computer and laptop crash and have replaced both. I was able to download the CSS Menu Writer Extension but it says I have exceeded my number of serial numbers use. I need to reinstall it on both computers. Is there a way to reset this? Also do you have any type of education discounts for schools?

You can reset your activations by going to the download page after logging in to your account at www.webassist.com. There should be a button at the top to reset your activations. As far as the educational discounts, you would have to contact our sales department to inquire about any of that.
