Targeting the Spry Error notices

My form is pretty long, so the submit button is "below the fold" on my page. So when someone might input an incorrect captcha, the page refreshes to the top of the page and they may not scroll down to the bottom where the error message is.

Is there a way to target this with an anchor tag so if someone made a mistake on their captcha, when the page refreshes, it would go down to the bottom?

And would this be the place to do it?
<?php //WAFV_Conditional puppetrequest_form.php puppetrequest(4:)

Here's my page: puppetrequest_form.php

No unfortunately, you cannot target failed elements on server validation.

You could add a global message at the top of the form that says validation failed. when applying the validation show if chose all from the list of validations.
